Sanitary pads, pantyliners and tampons are without a doubt essentials for women. Y’know, bleeding ladyparts.. Although they come in individual packaging, it does not necessarily mean that the products are clean or safe though.
A Facebook user, Ey Ey posted on her timeline of a shocking discovery, whereby she tore open an unused menstrual pad and found mould in the new, unopened packaging. Yuck! The poor victim says she doesn’t normally check her female hygiene products to that extent, but this one made her itch, so she had to get to the bottom of it.

To everyone’s horror, a lot of tiny black spots can be seen when she snipped the pantyliner away and when the middle part was peeled open, the camera unveiled larger mouldy spots that almost look like bugs. 😱
Be careful when you shop for female necessities the next time around, guys!
