Stray animals in Malaysia are often neglected, rarely seen as the first choice for pets and even worse, randomly killed by the inhumane.
Introducing the Stand up for Strays campaign, the brainchild of Johnnie Walker‘s collaboration with Malaysian-born graffiti artist Kenji Chai, in an effort to combat the society’s negative perception towards those who cannot speak for themselves.
Kenji, the creator of “Chaigo the Stray” who often draws a parallel between their lives, has always felt a strong connection with stray dogs, making this project collaboration even more meaningful.
Malaysians are encouraged to support Jingle Paws and join the charitable fund raising event by Cherish Life Home this Sunday, whereby a charity auction of limited edition hand-drawn Johnnie Walker cases and bottles by Kenji Chai, along with his vibrant artwork will be auctioned off in support of the cause.
Be a part of the charitable event, happening on 27 November 2016 (this Sunday), from 12:30 PM – 3:30 PM at Souled Out (Sri Hartamas). This event is strictly for non-Muslims, 18 years old and above only.
