E! News has confirmed that the actor, 41, and his fiancée, 27, have just welcomed their first child into the world. The comedian, who was previously married to Katy Perry, reportedly made the announcement during a performance at the Nottingham Playhouse on Sunday night.

However, Brand did not announce any further details.
Russell, who endured a less-than-amicable split with ex-wife Katy Perry in 2012, also revealed to The Mirror before the birth of his first born that he’s been preparing for fatherhood by reading a new parenting book every week and has even started to paint the baby’s room.
