If you’re flying via AirAsia today, please head to the airport at least four hours earlier as the budget carrier has warned about expected long queues.

AirAsia’s online systems is now down and will continue to be until 3am on Wednesday (June 22) for maintenance. During this period, all travelling passengers must perform manual check-in and baggage drop at the dedicated counters at the departing airport.

Guests will not be able to check-in online or access Manage My Booking functions on the AirAsia website or mobile app. The AirAsia kiosks will also be offline and counter check-in fees will be waived.

You also won’t be able to make flight bookings from 8pm today until 3am on Wednesday. All AirAsia and AirAsia X flights will operate as scheduled, and you may obtain more information here.
