This avo trend is dominating Instagram and food blogs everywhere!
Just when you thought you’ve seen it all, foodies on the Internet have began posting photos of delicate, green avocado roses on all sorts of meals; toast, noodles, omelette, and more.
While the avocado rose looks like a complicated work of art, it’s actually super simple to do.

Simply cut the avocado in half, remove the seed, and lay down one half of it, cut side down. Slice the avocado very thinly while keeping the whole chunk together. Then, just fan out your slices so that they overlap each other and curl the slices together to get a gorgeous rose shape.

You’ve got to admit, these avocado roses look really photogenic, so feel free to use them however you like! Sprinkle some salt and pepper over it, use it as a statement ornament for any dish, or put it in your salad. 😉
How glorious?!
