He also added that motorists should immediately lodge a report with the Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) or the police should they be approached by parking touts who force payment from them.
A fair amount of 136 parking touts were detained last year, from 231 in 2014, and the guilty were charged from RM200 to RM2,000.
