With that, the Westin Kuala Lumpur also announced the launch of Southeast Asia’s first Westin Wellness Escapes from the 9th to 10th of April 2016, curated by Jojo herself.
Jojo Struys is a Malaysian personality who revolves her life around wellness. She is a successful author of a book titled Guide to Wellness, preaching 10 various well-being topics from stress, self-esteem and anger to insomnia.
Westin Wellness Escapes is a series of well-being retreats taking place at Westin Hotels & Resorts worldwide and these retreats range from exercise classes to healthy cooking courses to empower guests through these experiences. For Jojo’s Westin Wellness Escapes, guests can enjoy wellness-centric workshops that combat daily stress, to learn breathing exercises and do yoga for inner calm.
