Admit it! Everyone has become so engrossed with their smartphones. We spend hours and hours on our smartphones browsing the web, refreshing Twitter timelines, liking Instagram pictures, and whatever not.
But when that dreaded battery life notificafion tells you you’re running low, you delete the running apps like your life depends on it. We’ve always thought this was one of the ways to keep our phones alive, but get this – it doesn’t help.
According to Craig Federighi, it is unfortunately just a myth. It does not improve battery life nor help to conserve it. Exiting the running apps simply clears up the processes on your phone.
Long story short, if your power bank is dead or you’re stranded with no power source in sight, you’re practically doomed.
