A video clip showing a lady wearing a headscarf rescuing an injured dog from a busy road has gone viral on social media, with tons of netizens praising her kind gesture.
The 33-second video was uploaded to the Malaysia Independent Animal Rescue Facebook page and showed the lady in jeans, a black top and a brown headscarf, squatting to carry the dog up. The dog was lying on the divider of the road.
Later, the lady is seen walking away with the dog. The clip has received over 4,500 likes and more than 4,591 shares since it was uploaded. Many people have also praised the lady for her kindness in the comments.
The lady has since been identified as Anis Mohd Taufik, and the incident occurred at Teluk Panglima Garang. Unfortunately, the poor dog passed away a few minutes after it was rescued. 🙁
A true hero and she is God sent. Salute her to the max.
