Get your culinary game on because Moët & Chandon wants you! As one of the world’s most loved champagnes known by global icons, royalty, talents and legendary personalities, Moët & Chandon is holding a competition to find its brand new Maison executive chef.
The winner will work directly with the Maison’s champagne, being able to work at breathtaking locations like the Trianon on the Avenue de Champagne and the Château de Saran amongst the Maison’s vineyards; partner with Moët & Chandon’s team of winemakers and be among the first to taste each new vintage champagne; travel the world as a Moët & Chandon ambassador and meet people who share a passion for fine champagne and gastronomy.
You’re all eligible to send in your application here by the 15th of April 2016 alongside a 1-minute footage of yourself explaining your motivation for the job, demonstrate two amazing recipes with Maison’s symbolic champagne, and your CV/resume for reference.
Judges will include Benoît Gouez, Chef de cave, Yannick Alléno, Bernard Dance and more, and the four semi-finalists will be announced on June 1st 2016. Following the semi-finals at the Moët & Chandon estate in Epernay on July 7th, two finalists will be named and then ultimately, the winner will be chosen following the finals on July 8th 2016.
