Owner and founder of The Bagel Store, Scott Rossillo said that he started making rainbow bagels a few years back although they weren’t selling as much and business started picking up after gay marriages were equal in the States.
If you thought these babies were easy to make, a bippity-boppity-boo and a little food coloring, you thought wrong. Rossillo claims that he can make 5,000 usual bagels with the time taken to make 100 rainbow bagels as the process is up to 12 times longer. Once the bagels are baked, Rossillo tops it with funfetti cream cheese.
