SKY360° at One City has whipped up a delightful four-course Chinese New Year fusion sit-down menu, served Western-style. Get your tummy ready for a fusion of the best Chinese ingredients and European cooking styles.

For the appetiser, the Pan-Seared Scallop and a lightly battered curry-flavoured Prawn is served with a Garlic Almond Puree. This is then followed by a nutritious and hearty double-boiled chicken soup.

There are two options for the main course. The first would be the Char Siew Chicken Roulade, which is a play between the classic roulade (rolled meat stuffed with spinach and ricotta) alongside a popular Chinese marinade. On the side, there will be spiced udon noodles, a variety of veggies and grilled sliced pineapples.

The second main course option is the Steamed Cod with Almond. Cooked to perfection and topped with toasted almonds and crispy ginger strips, the fish is also lightly seasoned with soya sauce and lime. This is served with a range of vegetables as well and a piece of orange juice infused apple.

For dessert, the Chilled Sweet Pumpkin is a modern twist of a Malaysian sago combo, with some molecular caviar. This will too be served with a sinfully delicious Cinnamon Creme Brulee tart that is topped with a light chocolate mousse.
