A. Greatest time ever. I learned a lot about cooking there. My kind of tough year.
3. Did you ever have a moment in your career where you thought you should venture into something else besides cooking?
A. Yes, as an artist or painter.
4. What is the best thing about being a judge on MasterChef Indonesia?
A. I judge masterchef for 5 episodes, 3 for MasterChef and 2 for MasterChef Junior and it took time, around 3 years of judging. The interesting story is when I met the MasterChef Junior contestants for the first time, they were out of my expectations, the were professional and eager to learn. They taught me a lot.
5. Tell us more about your experience with Food Maps.?
A. Foodmaps is a show for traditional Indonesian food and its purpose is to promote Indonesian food to other countries. I really love and fully support this show because it will be in accordance with my mission, to bring Indonesian food to the next level.
6. You graduated in French Cuisine and Pastry. What would be your favourite French Cuisine dish?
A. Escargot.
7. What would you say is the hardest thing about cooking South East Asian cuisine and why?
A. Getting the perfect mix of ingredients to get the right taste.
8. Lastly, what is something you’re really good at besides cooking?
A. Painting.
