The first instalment of MasterChef Asia is almost coming to an end, and for the Grand Finale, we’re so proud to announce that fellow Malaysian Marcus Low, 24, will be competing for the title of the first ever MasterChef Asia winner. Airing on Thursday (10 December 2015) at 9pm on Lifetime (Astro channel 709), the much anticipated Grand Finale will be judged by Hong Kong-born, culinary genius Susur Lee; 3-Michelin Starred chef Bruno Ménard and Singapore-born, Audra Morrice, a MasterChef Australia finalist.
Two home cooks, Marcus, and Singaporean contestant Woo Wai Leong will be battling head-to-head, and the two will be facing their toughest tests yet – a Mystery Box, a Chef’s Round Table Meal and a Pressure Test. Who will be crowned the very first MasterChef Asia?
Malaysian Marcus Low finds inspiration from established chefs, modern cuisine and he prides himself on his unique ingredient pairings. From MasterChef Asia, he hopes to establish a name for himself and bring Malaysian cuisine to the forefront.
All the best, Marcus. 😀 Don’t miss the Grand Finale of MasterChef Asia on Thursday (10 December 2015) at 9pm on Lifetime (Astro channel 709)!
