Motorist will see an increase in the toll rates between 10 sen and RM3 beginning Thursday, 15 October. Highways affected by the new toll rates include Kuala Lumpur-Karak (KLK) Expressway, Maju Expressway (MEX), Kajang Highway-SILK, Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway (DUKE), Stormwater Management and Road Tunnel (SMART), KL-Kuala Selangor Expressway (LATAR), Sungai Besi Highway (BESRAYA), New Pantai Expressway (NPE) and Kajang Seremban Highway (LEKAS).
However, all PLUS Malaysia Berhad (PLUS) highways will not face an increase in the toll rates. The toll rates of PLUS-operated highways have been unchanged since 2005.

- Kuala Lumpur-Karak (KLK) – RM3.50 (Bentong) and RM6 (Gombak)
- Maju Expressway Sdn Bhd (MEX) – From RM1.50 to RM2 (Salak South) and RM2 to RM3.50 (Putrajaya)
- Kajang highway (SILK) – From RM1 to RM1.80
- Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway (DUKE) – From RM2.00 to RM2.50
- Stormwater Management and Road Tunnel (SMART) – From RM2 to RM3
- KL-Kuala Selangor Expressway (LATAR) – From RM2 to RM2.50 (Ikoj, Kuang, Templer)
- Sungai Besi Highway (BESRAYA) –From RM1.30 to RM2
- New Pantai Expressway Sdn Bhd (NPE) – From RM1.60 to RM2.30 (Pantai Dalam/PJS5)
- Kajang Seremban Sdn Bhd (LEKAS) – From RM2.80 to RM3.40 (Pajam), RM4 to RM4.80(Mantin), RM4.90 to RM6 (Setul) and RM1.90 to RM2.30 (Jelebu)
