Good news Apple fans! On September 9, Tim Cook announced and introduced the new iPhone 6S, iPhone 6S Plus, iPad Pro and Apple TV in San Francisco. We know what you’re thinking and we’ve got the details you need about these new gadgets.
iPhone 6S and iPhone6S Plus
Let’s start with the new and improved iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus. Apple has updated the phones with an aircraft-grade material that’s stronger than the previous phone aluminium and they’ll be available in silver, gold, space gray and the best of all, rose gold. The biggest feature yet is the Force Touch, a 12 megapixel iSight rear camera and a sharper front camera for selfies. With all these new features, Apple is also introducing Live Photos, whereby it combines photos and videos for you.
iPad Pro
Say hello to a bigger and faster iPad. The iPad Pro is 12.9 inches and the height of the iPad air. More pixels than a 15-inch MacBook Pro with a Retina display, it’s powerful enough to edit three streams of 4K video at a time and has a 10-hour battery life. With this super thin and weighing over 1.5 pounds, it’s the perfect screen for games and movies. Not to forget the Apple Pencil that’s a low latency stylus especially for business users. To top it off, the company also announced a new iPad Mini 4.
Apple TV
Need a television with a third-party App Store, a new remote, Siri controls and a completely overhauled operating system? Then the Apple TV will do you good. The TV that runs on tvOS is built for your living room. The device comes in 32GB and 64GB. The new remote features a glass touch surface so you can navigate with swipes and if you’re too lazy, tell Siri what you want like a boss. The Bluetooth remote has volume controls and a built-in accelerometer and gyroscope which will last up to three months on one charge.
