There will be a total road closure along KM3.6 of the SPRINT highway in front of Phileo Damansara and Eastin Hotel for 18 hours on September 6. The closure from 12 midnight till 6pm on Sunday is to facilitate installation works for the Phileo Damansara MRT Station entrance link bridge.
Vehicles from Taman Tun Dr Ismail (TTDI) and Petaling Jaya that are heading towards Kuala Lumpur will have to make a U-turn and turn left into Jalan Tan Sew Pow, then back onto the SPRINT highway before turning into Jalan 17/21. Another option is to turn left into Jalan 17/22 before heading to Jalan 16/6, or proceed to Jalan Universiti before joining Jalan Dato’ Abu Bakar to head back to Kuala Lumpur. This diversion also applies to those from the NKVE heading towards Kuala Lumpur.
If you’re heading towards Petaling Jaya, TTDI or the NKVE from Kuala Lumpur, you have an alternative to turn into Jalan Dato’ Abu Bakar, turn right into Jalan 16/16 and right again to Jalan 17/1. Not to worry, there will be flagmen, traffic signages and police traffic personnels surrounding the areas to guide you.
