A 30-year-old mother from Texas dropped $25,000 to look like her celebrity role model, Jennifer Lawrence.
Simply known as Kitty, she idolizes the actress so much that she’s got six life-altering procedures done to look more like her hero.
She explained that her attempt to resemble her idol was more than just to look sexier. She claims it also makes her a better person.
“I can appreciate that her personality is spunky and fun,” Kitty told ABC News. “I can appreciate that her body is banging.”
Kitty defended her actions although some people might call her irresponsible, especially considering that she has a child who’s only five.
Even though it was an expensive investment, Kitty said it was worth it. While she acknowledged that the money could have gone to a college fund for her daughter, she said time was on her side.
“Basically the money that I had for this was money that I had saved from previous job…so it was sort of a ‘me fund,’” Kitty stated. “My child’s only five and I’m still just barely 30 so I think I still feel like maybe it’s naiveté but I still have some time to rack up some money to help her when the time comes.”
Kitty justifies herself by saying she isn’t going over-the-top and was just trying to enhance features she already had.
“I’m not trying to look like Pamela Anderson here during her ‘Baywatch’ days,” Kitty mentioned. “I’m trying to look like a very capable, very personal level-headed female who is an Academy Award winner.”
