Snapchat just keeps getting better! The new updates are so good, they’ll probably make you more obsessed with the app than you already are. Take a look at the updates below:
1. See who’s viewed your Stories
Previously, you had to watch your story before seeing a list of names, but now all you have to do is click on the little eye icon to see who has viewed your Stories.
2. Travel Mode
When you view Snapchat’s video content, it sucks up all your data. But thanks to the new Travel Mode, you will no longer have the same problem. With Travel Mode, you’ll just have to tap each video from the Stories page (Snapchat Discover, etc) to play the content whenever you’re not connected to Wi-Fi. To turn it on, go to Settings -> Manage -> Travel Mode.
3. Sticker function
Instead of adding emojis as text, there is a new function that allows you to spam all the emoji you want. When you share a picture or video, you’ll find a new icon next to the “T” text tab. This will bring up an emoji keyboard and you’ll be able to add them in like stickers, move them around, enlarge them, or shrink them however you like.
4. Trophy Cabinet
Snapchat hasn’t mentioned this yet, but if you go to your profile, you’ll notice a little arrow that appears and it allows you to click upwards. You’ll see a Trophy Case with some random emojis there. When you click on them, they seem to suggest small tasks you can complete within the app itself. However, it doesn’t really work. Perhaps Snapchat hasn’t finalised that feature?
