A shocking video of two Caucasian men harassing a Korean woman has gone viral in various countries, especially South Korea.
Since the video was posted, it has generated a growing debate on the Korean Web and even coverage in the South Korean press.
The video shoes two young club-goers harassing a possibly drunk Korean woman sitting one a nightclub sofa. They seem to not know her, but the 78-second long video is terrifyingly charged with sensitive issues of gender and race.
In the video, one man wraps his arms around her and describes a her body. One of the men pulls her hair back to show her chest to the camera. She is obviously afraid so she tries to wave them off, but one of the guys puts his hand on her chin to push her face up.
The video grows more sadistic as it continues, to the point where one of them shoves his finger up her nose, shows her teeth at the camera, and even shouts at her to get plastic surgery “like every other little Korean [girl]”.
After several thrashes, she’s able to pull herself away and walk off. They shout angrily at her, taunting her, and the video ends.
