It’s not a secret that Victoria’s Secret, headquartered in Ohio, US, is one of the most prestigious lingerie brands in the world. The alluring lingerie giant already has hundreds of stores all across the US and Canada, with more opening up at the speed of light as we speak!
And outside of the US, Victoria’s Secret is currently only limited to select duty-free locations. Yes, that means the stores are only available in airports (e.g. Buenos Aries, Argentina; San Paulo, Brazil; Dubai, United Arab Emirates; Barbados and Mexico City International Airport)
But last year, it was revealed that Victoria’s Secret was looking into plans to open its lingerie chain stores in Europe and Asia (yes please!).
Now, we just heard that earlier today, right before the Christmas and holiday season begins, the “Angels” spread their wings and took flight to beautiful Puerto Rico in a pink chopper (how apt!) to bring sexy back. Whoa, whoa, watch out, Puerto Rico:
The mid-week Victoria’s Secret Angel duties called upon sweet supermodel Erin Heatherton, and supermommies Alessandra Ambrosio and Adriana Lima to officiate the launch of the first Puerto Rican Victoria’s Secret store, located in Plaza Las Americas in San Juan.
Needless to say, the “Angels” set Puerto Rico on fire early today during the ribbon cutting ceremony.
After which, one of the world’s (and perhaps even universe’s) favourite “Angels”, Alessandra Ambrosio, tweeted:
While both Erin Heatherton and Alessandra Ambrosio boarded the pink chopper bound for home, the delicious Adriana Lima will stay back for an exclusive meet and greet session with the fans tomorrow. Word has it too that early birds stand to bag free Victoria’s Secret goodies.
We’re officially jealous! Will Victoria’s Secret ever open their doors to the Malaysian fans? And fly in some “Angels” too?
