As if you haven’t heard enough about Victoria’s Secret from us yet, here’s one more item to throw on the list. Because the first freestanding Victoria’s Secret store has officially opened in our Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), Malaysia!
Yes, say it with us. “Victoria’s Secret Malaysia”. How surreal is that?
The world-famous brand needs no introduction – everyone (female and male alike) already knows that they are the leading specialty retailer of lingerie and beauty products. We call them a “lingerie giant” because they really are that big! Their Facebook page alone has 15,964,592 likes. Fifteen. Million! Count them.
In partnership with Malaysia’s leading luxury goods retailer, Valiram Group, the Victoria’s Secret “Beauty & Accessories Store” will offer customers access to an assortment of widely popular Victoria’s Secret products such as prestige fragrances and exclusive Victoria’s Secret-branded accessories.
Sophisticated and glamorous, the design of the modern storefront takes on a façade of (their signature) pink and black. The contemporary interior highlights a gallery of black and white Victoria’s Secret Supermodel imagery and showcases products in an environment that’s sexy and forever young.
Our only gripe is the fact that it’s located all the way on the far end of the Selangor state. But hey, perhaps this is a sign of better things (and bigger Victoria’s Secret stores) to come? Soon?
