No matter our age, we’ve all got a soft spot for theme parks… right? Well, we’ve put together some of the best theme park destinations right in Asia. From Disneyland to a brand new Universal Studio – the theme park industry in Asia is growing rapidly! So, if you’re planning your next trip which include a couple of theme parks – take these places into consideration.

1. Universal Studio, Singapore

Built by The Genting Group, Universal Studios  was made to strengthen the Resorts World Sentosa leisure and entertainment megaplex. It’s new and big – it’s the hippest place to be in Singapore. This Universal Studio might not be as big as the rest, but it isn’t lacking either. It is split into seven different zones: Hollywood, New York, Sci-Fi City, Ancient Egypt, Lost World, Far Far Away and Madagascar. One of the most popular attractions at Universal Studio, Singapore is the Lights, Camera, Action show hosted by Steven Spielberg. So, all in all, Universal Studio Singaopre holds some great rides for both kids and adults. Everyone can have a go at having some fun.

Lotte World is located in the heart of the city ad it is the perfect spot for entertainment and sightseeing. This theme park is filled with fun rides, an ice rink, and different kinds of parades as well as a folk museum, a lake and so many more things. There is an average of 6,000,000 visitors yearly. The structure of Lotte World is designed in a way to make use of natural sunlight and it is opened for visitors all year round… despite of the changing weather.

The first theme park was opened in the United States and now it’s become a world wide franchise. At Tokyo Disneyland, you will find eight different themed areas, World Bazaar, Adventureland, Westernland, Fantasyland,  Tomorrowland, Critter Country and Mickey’s Toontown.
This is a place that kids and adults will love just as equally.

At Sunway Lagoon you can find offers including surfing lessons, a go-kart track and even a “scream” area that was meant to frighten the vistors to the theme park. It is located right beside the Sunway shopping center, so you could say it is the most easily accessible place to go to. But rollar coasters and surfing isn’t the only thing that Sunway has to offer. The park has been the destination for several performances from international artists like Jessie J, The Black Eyed Peas, and majority of the MTV World Stage line-ups performed there too.
