Well, what’s better way to spend your day than enjoying a cup of tea on a chilly afternoon? But, be careful because your bone will become fragile and break if you consume too much of tea!

According to our source,  a 47-year-old Michigan woman developed skeletal fluorosis after drinking a pitcher of tea made from at least 100 tea bags every day for the past 17 years. The woman visited doctors at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit after experiencing extreme pain in her arms, legs, hips and lower back for almost 5 years.

Researcher Dr. Sudhaker D. Rao revealed that German health authorities X-rays has shown the dense bone material on her spine and calcifications of the ligaments in her arms. The rare bone disease is caused by excessive fluoride level in the body, which can also be found in the water. The mineral deposits can form on the body even after flushing out the excess fluoride out of the body.

However, doctors said the woman shown sign of improvement after she advised to stop drinking tea. Well, perhaps it’s time for you to realize do everything in moderate before it became too much for you body to handle!
