Over 70 students showcased their talent at the Piano Duo Concert Extravaganza which was organised by Oons Music Workshop. The concert was hosted by TGV Cinemas Tebrau City on the 22nd of July 2012 and it was the fifth time the concert was being held after it was first held in 2004.
It was certainly a great experience for the students who performed at the concert as it was held in an unique cinema sitting atmosphere which was something different compared to the conventional classical concert environment. The concert started off with a couple of duet performances and it concluded with 12 pianist playing one piano at once.
CEO of TGV Cinemas, Mr. Kenny Wong explained that “this was an innovative concept developed by the theatre and it was positive step taken by music gurus in developing talent in music.”
