We Malaysians love Korean food and it’s pretty much evident judging by the multitudes of Korean franchises and eateries that are mushrooming in the country within the recent years. We’re talking kimchi, Korean barbecue and of course the all-time-favourite Korean fried chicken.
With over 1,200 outlets spread across South Korea, Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore, South Korea’s fried chicken chain giant NeNe Chicken will be making its way to Malaysia sometime during the first half of 2018. Teasing its first Malaysian outlets on Instagram, it’s pretty much out in the light now that Genting Highlands will house Malaysia’s first NeNe Chicken.

Established in 1999, NeNe Chicken is set to bring some of its most loved dishes here, including the signature NeNe Burger, the Kimchi Burger that shouts Korean inside out, and for your sweet tooth, the Black Sesame Soft Serve Ice Cream. Not forgetting of course the renowned NeNe Chicken wingettes and drummets that comes in different flavours of your choice.
Besides the classic flavours like spicy and original that are found almost everywhere, NeNe Chicken offers a level up in spiciness for spicy lovers with the Freaking Hot NeNe Chicken. Fried chicken lovers can also get the NeNe Chicken Bulgogi, Snowing Cheese or Snowing Vegetables that are amongst the six signature flavours.
