90210 star Shannen Doherty’s husband Kurt Iswarienko is suing his wife’s ex-management after she settled the $15 million lawsuit with her management in August for an undisclosed amount. Kurt filed this lawsuit stating that the management has ruined his sex with wife Doherty.
Kurt claims that the management has been irresponsible and it led to a lapse in her health insurance policy which delayed her diagnosis for cancer. According to Kurt, his wife, who is currently battling with breast cancer,was not being able to visit doctors regularly and that became the reason of the late detection of her cancer.

Other than the health insurance claims, Kurt has also stated that the firm mismanaged his funds which inclined him to getting into bad loans that has scotched his credit.
