Recycle that toothbrush
If you’re too lazy to cook up a home made scrub then use a toothbrush – preferable the soft kind. Gently brush those lips – it may sound weird, but once you do it, you’ll notice the instant change. Your lips will be softer and will look more plump and luscious.
