New York-based fashion house DKNY has recently enlisted British pop singer Rita Ora for its Resort 2013/2014 ad campaign. The brand has just unveiled a few images starring the blonde beauty and the campaign was shot by photographer Lachlan Bailey. This is also an evolution of DKNY’s Fall 2013 collection and we think that Rita owned in these photos while capturing the soul of the holiday season. Shot in Times Square and styled by Alastair McKimm, the series of print advertisements features the singer in neon scarves, mesh tops, leather jackets and denim jeans.
Rita’s first foray into the brand was with Donna Karan New York when she wore a quintessential black jersey gown in early 2012. Whether she is wearing DKNY for an opening ceremony, a DKNY silver leather suit or a white floor-length DKNY runway dress, Rita’s ease in wearing the collection shows through. She is also the perfect embodiment of DKNY as she’s confident, energetic, fun and full of life.
The different looks range from edgy to colourful and energetic, which makes the collection perfect for everyone.
