Ramadhan is almost here and most of us must be looking forward to spending this auspicious time with our loved ones. For those of us who will not be observing Ramadhan, joining our friends and colleagues in the spirit of 1Malaysia is something which we look forward to every year.
Last Wednesday, Lipstiq had the chance to attend a preview of the Ramadhan Buffet at the Saujana Hotel. Aneka Citarasa 7 Periuk was the theme this time around which featured seven different cuisines specially prepared by seven different chefs.
Overlooking a beautiful garden, this would be an ideal place if you are looking for a quiet place to break fast with your loved ones and at the same time to enjoy a wide selection of local and international delights.
During the preview, Suria Cafe was divided into two different sections. Pre-cooked dishes were served inside while on the outside, there were stalls which served ‘lemang’, Sarawak bamboo chicken and etc.
Also present at the preview was Chef Auntie Belle who served her well known popiah basah with sweet bean and chili sauce, Chef Minami who displayed his famous fresh selection of sashimi and Chef Filippo Giunta who served his finely prepared pastas.
