With the recent product launch of the Nivea Whitening Happy Shave, the company conducted a Feel Smooth Feel Confident campaign—a campaign that is designed to empower women so that they feel confident about themselves and are able to voice and share their beliefs and their hope for a better Malaysia with others.
More than 1,000 Malaysian women of different races and diverse cultures but sharing a common personality trait—they were all identified as confident women—were invited to participate at this event, in which to kick start the campaign, they released 1,000 balloons into the air, each one carrying an idea, belief or hope for a better Malaysia.
About NIVEA Feel Smooth Feel Confident Campaign
• The campaign which includes a consumer contest commences 1st September 2014 and concludes on 31st October 2014
• The contest is open to all customers of participating retailers in Malaysia
• Step 1 – To be eligible, consumer is required to purchase any Nivea deodorant product worth RM15 and above
• Step 2 – Participant snaps a photo of her “Feel Smooth Feel Confident” look and uploads it on Instagram
• Step 3 – Participant tags 3 friends and Nivea’s official Instagram account @myNivea using #Niveaconfident.
• Step 4 – Participant stands a chance to win weekly prizes of Nivea limited edition pouch (400 weekly prizes for other retailers)
• All weekly prize winners will be selected on a first-to-post basis on Instagram.
