The national sports team is at another loss again.
After the death of national basketball player, Jacky Ng several days ago, national hockey player Chua Boon Huat was killed in a road accident on the Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP) around 2 a.m today.
Deputy Supt Azmi Mansor, Selangor traffic officer said that Chua was driving his Proton Perdana V6 heading towards Damansara. His car collided with a water tanker in the middle of the highway. Chua died at the scene due to severe head injuries.
The 33-year-old “anak Melaka” was one of the longest-serving hockey player in the country.
