No costume? No problem!
21-year-old Miley Cyrus is of course, no stranger to being provocatively dressed in concerts. On Sunday, she performed in nothing but her underwear during the song “23” at a show in Milwaukee.
Believe it or not, the pop star claims she didn’t intend to do that and took to Twitter to explain exactly what happened.
“Not a new outfit for 23. I didn’t make my quick change and I couldn’t not come out for the song so I just had to run out in my undies,” Cyrus wrote.
The “Wrecking Ball” singer continued, “Never happened to me before. But I love my fans as much as they love me! I couldn’t miss 23,” adding, “Show must go on.”

Two nights earlier, although fully clothed, Cyrus raised eyebrows again when she buried her face in her dancer’s ample cleavage during a Bangerz tour stop in Illinois.
Cyrus tweeted a picture of the bizarre interaction, writing, “Love you @amazonashley67,” to which Ashley affectionately replied, “I love @MileyCyrus having the #Timeofmylife.”
We really don’t think anybody wears actual underwear covered in sequins under clothes. Your thoughts?
