Melissa McCarthy, who is best known for her bubbly personality, has launched a gorgeous plus-sized clothing line! Back in 2011, Melissa expressed her frustration to Us Weekly about the limited options that were available to her. Her aim is to help women “feel good about themselves.”
The comedian made little promises along the way to women of all sizes that her standard through plus-sized items would be better fitted, high-end detailed and classic.
She studied clothes and textiles in school before placing her focus on comedy. The actress put her knowledge of fashion into good use when she took four years prior to introducing her Seven7 line to the world in summer 2015.
Melissa spilled some details about the new collection, sharing how the bottoms are styled to flaunt the curves of a woman’s body but the tops are sort of shapeless. The bodices are of the typical plus-sized styles, although her line comes in sizes 4 through 28.
