Looks like Glee star, Mark Salling has got himself in a little tangle… and it’s not a pretty one.
On friday, reports surfaced that Mark was being sued for sexual batter – after he allegedly forced his ex-girlfriend Roxanne Gorzela to have sex without a condom. This is something that happened way back in March 2011.
Later in the month, Roxanne claims she confronted Salling over her emotional distress from the incident and this included ‘health concerns’ – but to her luck, she found him in bed with someone else.
But it didn’t stop there. After demanding for proof from the Glee star, that he was STD-free, Roxanne claims that the actor grabbed and pushed her to the ground leaving her with several bruises.
A rep from Mark Salling’s side says that there is “no truth” to the situation, while his publicist explains, “It’s the textbook case of a disgruntled girl looking to cash in on a TV star’s success,” adding, “We turn the rest over to Mark’s attorneys and have no further comment.”
Gorzela is reportedly suing for unspecified damages, according to TMZ.
