Hong Kong Disneyland Resort recently played host to His Royal Highness the Crown Prince of Perlis, Malaysia Tuanku Syed Faizuddin Putra Jamalullail, his consort, Tuanku Hajjah Lailatul Shahreen Akashah Khalil and their two royal children to the enchanting and adventurous Disneyland, where dreams come true for guests of all generations and nationalities.
The Crown Prince and his family were welcomed enthusiastically by Hong Kong Disneyland Resort’s Senior Executives, and the chirpy duo, Chip and Dale, who are two beloved Disney characters at the park.
“This is our third time visiting Hong Kong Disneyland, and the first for my little prince. We have always enjoyed the enchanting ambiance and exciting attractions here, which is most ideal for a family holiday. My children found “it’s a small world” in Fantasyland and “Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters” in Tomorrowland particularly enjoyable and went back for the rides repeatedly,” said His Royal Highness
Apart from the attractions offered at the park, the Crown Prince and his family were also treated to a variety of exciting entertainment, such as the gravity-defying Flights of Fantasy Parade, which was developed exclusively for Hong Kong Disneyland and features breath-taking performances held 40 feet in the air.
His Royal Highness and family also arrived just in time for the Disney’s Sparkling Chistmas at the festively decorated and snowy Main Street, U.S.A. The royal family had the chance to get some family portraits in front of the 60 feet tall Chistmas tree, decked in 90,000 LED programmable light bulbs, with Mickey, Minnie and Donald Duck.
From now until January 1st 2013, Disney’s Sparkling Christmas offers guests a snowy Christmas with a variety of festive delicacies and activities. Enjoy the dazzling and new Christmas Illumination procession consisting of over 50 performers in elegant costumers, in front of the all-new Christmas tree with loves ones, and see classic toys come to life and dance along Mainstreet in Santa Mickey’s Toy-riffic Street Party.
