You know you’ve come across something unbelievably adorable when you start squealing at the sight of it, and that’s exactly what happened when we first laid eyes on MAC’s latest collaboration with fashion and lifestyle brand Nicopanda.
Founded by Italian-Japanese fashion icon Nicola Formichetti, New York-based Nicopanda brings forth a distinct MAC collection that fuses together edgy punk with a dash of kawaii.
And unlike some of MAC’s other collaborations, this collection is HUGE! There are three cheek and eyeshadow palettes, six lipsticks, four lip glosses, one face powder, makeup brushes, false eyelashes and even a makeup bag.
Of course, all of the products are imprinted with Nicopanda’s signature panda head, often translated via a white 3D sculpture slapped atop the lip glosses and lipsticks, as well as on all of the palettes and face powder.
As for the products themselves, the MAC Nicopanda collection showcases non-traditional hues and unconventional combinations that remain somewhat wearable, and it’s all about the freedom to experiment.
After all, makeup is meant to be fun. And with packaging this cute, who can say no?! Priced between RM 65 and RM288, MAC Nicopanda will be available from April 2018 at selected MAC stores throughout Malaysia and online on www.maccosmetics.com.my.
