Every year, Laneige collaborates with an up-and-coming fashion label for exclusive makeup. This year, the Laneige Meets Fashion initiative sees a collaboration with PLAYNOMORE, a Korean label that is all about having fun with fashion. PLAYNOMORE illustrates contrasting concepts such as luxury versus affordable and mannish versus feminine with contemporary wit.
Following its launch in 2014, PLAYNOMORE gained recognition since the release of its signature SHYGIRL bag. This minimal square tote bag is decorated with cute comic book style eyes in sequins and it comes in various bright colours. For this collaboration, the signature SHYGIRL logo has had a makeover, adding a new pink heart to the eyes of SHYGIRL. As part of the collaboration, the new looks is called My Darling SHYGIRL.
Laneige will also be launching its all-new Intense Lip Gel in 10 shades, a high gloss, high colour and moisturising lip colour in a new hybrid style that maximises the features of a lip gloss and lipstick. The Intense Lip Gel has a non-sticky glossy shine and vivid colour payoff, and it also smoothes dead skin cells on the lips.
The moisturising oils contained in the product intensely moisturises the lips and prevents water evaporation from taking place. Oil is therefore replenished and water is kept to ensure the hydration of the lips. Besides that, the applicator included with the Intense Lip Gel densely fills in even the finest lip wrinkles for the smoothest application.
The Intense Lip Gel comes in 10 bright colours, beautifully packaged in a limited edition packaging incorporating PLAYNOMORE’s signature comic book style eyes. Besides the Intense Lip Gel, My darling SHYGIRL will also be featured on the Laneige BB Cushion (Whitening and Pore Control), and Laneige Jet Curling Mascara for a limited time only.
