If you missed the live stream of Burberry’s Spring ’13 showcase, fear not! Here’s a recap of the designs that went down the runway.
When London Fashion Week comes we are always prepared to see what Burberry has to offer! When we saw Burberry’s designs, we were just mezmorized by all those metalic shades. Who knew metallic tones could come in so many colours and it didn’t look wrong at all. There was splash of all kinds of colours from red, purple and even different shades of green.
For Spring, colour is always expected – but Burberry took colours to another level – and we’re not complaining. We see a new trend hitting the globe.
TREND ALERT
Well, the obvious trend in this Spring 2013 collection is definitely metallic shades – but other than that, we see a lot of pencil high-waisted skirts along with collared shirts – but mostly in bright colours. We also noticed that the biggest accessory is a metallic clutch or bag – mostly gold. It’s the one thing that pulls all the looks together.
All in all, we were happy with the designs we say – it was different and different is always good.
