Awesome news, Star Wars fans!
To celebrate the 40th Anniversary of Star Wars™: A New Hope (1977), the ultimate entertainment hub is pulling out all the stops to host the largest LEGO® Star Wars™ Days celebration in Asia from 28 April – 31 May 2017.
That’s right. It will run over the course of 34 days and across 5 weekends, with a variety of exciting and entertaining daily activities for the whole family. The Force has also prepared a special segment to honour the late Princess Leia, best known for her role as the people’s princess.
The most awesome galactic celebration of the year include amazing activities such as the LEGO® Star Wars™ MINILAND Model Display, in which the exhibition is made up of seven rooms with each depicting scenes from different Star Wars™ movies, in chronological order.
If you’re going to dress up as your favourite character, then you’ll probably be interested to join the Largest Imperial March in the Region (13th & 14th May only). Or if you’re not up for marching, there will be Dancing Stormtroopers around to help with your Instagram needs.
On top of fun activities such as Star Wars™ Trivia Hunt, Jedi Warrior training at Jedi Academy, and LEGOLAND® Star Wars™ Passport, guests are also invited to unleash their inner creativity and help the entertainment hub build a LEGO® Star Wars™ mural. And of course, the event will end with Star Wars™ Movie Nights, showcasing two movies from the epic saga from 930PM onward.
As a special treat to Star Wars™ fans here, LEGO® will be launching its latest LEGO® Star Wars™ Classic merchandise in Southeast Asia first, ahead of other markets, in the first week of May 2017.
