We often say we’d do anything for love, but do will we go as far as to losing our mind? From October to November, give yourself a romantic treat with Romantic Fools, a humorous take on love, and the perennially mind-boggling relationships between men and women.
Romantic Fools is a 120-minute laugh-out-loud comedy written by the New York playwright Rich Orloff, that consists of 12 two-character sketches about love, lust, dating and romance. Directed by Reza Zainal Abidin for the Malaysian stage, Romantic Fools will feature an all-star cast
starring Joanne Kam and Tony Eusoff as the male and female leads, and cameo appearances by Chelsia Ng, Iedil Putra, Megat Sharizal and Sarah Shahrum.
From a caveman with a heart of gold to a couple of vegans with one greasy secret, Romantic Fools tells the stories of the ups and downs the in-between of love and romance, written in the comical stylings of Friends and How I Met Your Mother. So, do you really want to know if men are from Mars and women are from Venus? Is it women or is it men who are the complex creatures?
