Just one week after the 28-year-old singer Lana Del Rey announced that she and the Scottish musician Barrie-James O’Neill had split, she was spotted getting cosy with Vogue photographer, Francesco Carrozzini.
The duo was seen enjoying a romantic vacation in Portofino, Italy. The rumoured couple looked relaxed and comfortable as they were photographed shopping, sharing ice cream and taking a ride on a Vespa together while Del Rey wrapped her arms tightly around her new beau’s waist.
They were also seen soaking up the sun as they enjoyed each other’s company in the Italian village. At one point, Carrozzini wrapped his arms around Del Rey and kissed her on the cheek.
Last week, she was asked about the rumours that she and O’Neill had gotten engaged. “We are currently not together,” the 28-year-old singer allegedly mentioned. “He is a wonderful person. But there are some things with which he has to deal. I will not explain it in detail. This was hard on our relationship. I no longer felt free. We’ll see how it goes.”
However, things got a little complicated when Barrie-James was caught by TMZ’s cameras just one day after Lana announced the split and insisted that the two are still together.
“It’s not over. It’s not over. Don’t believe what you read,” he said.
Del Rey has yet to further address the split reports.
The “Young and Beautiful” singer and the Scottish musician reportedly began dating in 2011.
