Describe your personal style – Basically I love outdoor activities so my style tends to be of mixed casual with some elegance. I love to theme up with accessories. My favourite colour is white and I’ve got to admit I have a closet full of white clothing. Somehow I feel confident each time when I am wearing white. It is important to feel confident in what you are wearing in order to carry it off well. Having said that, I do explore into other elaborate pieces, strong colours such as pink, turquoise depending on the occasion, mood and current trend. There are times where I do actually find inspiration even from the people whom I am going to meet up with. For me, my style is a compilation of all that.

Your thoughts on the fashion scene in KL – I think the fashion scene in Kuala Lumpur is coming on very well. Though back home, we are more conscious of public perception and may tend to play with designs which are more feminine and approachable, I must say we are actually doing pretty good. People are catching up with the latest fashion trends especially now with so many social media portals, everything you are searching for is just a few clicks away. However on a different note, unlike here in London with the exception from the mainstream fashion scene, more often than not, we see a lot of exceptional craziness and bizarre outfits every other day along the streets in London.

Your favourite places to shop – At the moment Zara, H&M, Topshop, New Look & Asos are my favourite haunts. Topshop, New Look, Asos & H&M offer a wide range of basics and in-trend collections which are also very competitively priced. However, come party season, Zara will be my favourite place to shop especially when you are looking for that ultimate little black dress or some stunning feminine silhouette. They can be a little pricey though.
