Reality TV star, Kim Kardashian-West, has joyously announced on a teaser for the mid-season finale of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, that a blood test she took proves she is finally pregnant. After months of having difficulty in trying to conceive, Kim and husband, Kanye West, feel incredibly relieved that after many procedures and attempts to make little North West a big sister, and even considering using a surrogate mother, they finally have another bun in the oven. Kim has definitely embraced motherhood with open arms, and it’s clear to see her excitement as her family is about to get a little bigger.
