Two superwomen from the world of acting and cosmetics industry have joined forces to create a must-have make-up collection for the modern woman: The Bobbi & Katie Collection.
“Making it easy to look great – that’s what inspired Katie and me to create this collection,” said Bobbi Brown, beauty expert and founder of Bobbi Brown Cosmetics. She worked together with Hollywood actress Katie Holmes on a collection that consists of a limited edition palette for eyes, cheeks and lips, and a mini brush set that complements the palette and also fits perfectly into your purse. “Katie and I had a lot of fun working together. She has a great eye for colour and design,” added Bobbi.
The limited edition Bobbi & Katie Palette is a cloth-bound case that’s created to reflect Katie’s classic fashion design sensibility. It opens to an interior mirror, eight eye shadows, two pot rouges, and one mini eye pencil. The highly versatile shades range from nudes to pinks to browns, making it the ultimate palette for a woman who wants only one product to cover day to evening looks!
You’ll only need four brushes to create the perfect look, and they’re all in the limited edition Bobbi & Katie Mini Brush Set. The chic brown cosmetics bag carries the mini brushes in one zipper pocket, while another separate one is sized perfectly to store the Bobbi & Katie Palette. The brushes that come with the set are: the mini face blender brush, the mini eye shadow brush, the mini sweep brush, the mini smokey eye liner brush.

Question: Can you tell us about the shades that are included in the Bobbi & Katie Palette?
Bobbi Brown: Katie and I hand-picked all the shades in the palette – a range of nudes, pinks and browns – to complement all skin tones and transition easily from day to evening. From the colours, which are all super wearable and really pretty, to the different textures and finishes, this palette makes it easy to create a variety of looks for work, weekend or a night out.
Q: The Bobbi & Katie Palette is designed for women on-the-go – how so?
Bobbi: This palm-sized palette is packed with everything a woman needs to make up her eyes, cheeks and lips. So you can grab it and go without worrying that you’re missing or forgetting something. It features eight eye shadows, two pot rouges, and one mini eye pencil. We chose Pot Rouge because it’s a 2-in-1 product for cheeks and lips that’s easy to apply. We also strategically placed the light and pink eye shadows in one row – so you can apply each shade to eyes one at a time or sweep a Face Blender Brush across all the shades to create a soft face highlighter. And last but not least, Katie had the idea to include a mini eye pencil, which I think is genius. To complete your look, just apply to the top lash line or all around the eye.
Q: How would you use the Bobbi & Katie Palette to take your look from day to night?
Bobbi: To go from day to night, apply Sparkle Eye Shadow at the inner corner of the eyes and add stronger definition with the pencil. On cheeks and lips, use the darker shade of Pot Rouge for a sheer, stained look.
