More gruesome news are startling the community in the Klang Valley.

A Japanese couple were found dead in the bathroom in an apartment block in Mont Kiara recently. It is believed that the couple may have been electrocuted.

The housekeeper discovered the bodies of the married couple, both aged 38, about 10am yesterday.

Kuala Lumpur CID chief Senior Asst Comm Datuk Ku Chin Wah said the wife heard a noise in the bathroom and came to her husband’s aid but was also electrocuted.

He says the bodies have been sent to Kuala Lumpur for post-mortem, and that the case has been classified as sudden death.

What’s a little trivial is that the couple lived on the 13th floor. Could it be a coincidence?

More to come.
