The Alley recently launched its Happy TARO series with the goal of spreading happiness among Malaysians with a sweet treat on International Happiness Day (March 20th). Alley-ians can now purchase the Happy TARO series at all its outlets across Malaysia (excluding its Genting Highland shops).

Hojicha Milkshake with Taro Balls and Black Milk Tea with Taro Balls are part of The Alley’s latest Happy TARO series. The Alley’s signature milk tea is paired with mashed taro and freshly handmade taro balls in both drinks. Upon ordering the Happy TARO series, Alley-ians will receive a complementary Smiley Face Topping and a personalised Smiley Greeting Card in addition to the beverage.

Whilst enjoying their Happy TARO series drink, fans could also experience the combination of the powerful taro scent and milk, as well as the chewy taro balls. The Alley incorporates a lot of mashed taro to flavour the drinks so that fans may enjoy the taro and milk combo in every sip.

“Among Asians, taro is a classic and popular flavour. For its faintly purple color and creamy texture, it delights people. As an outcome, we’ve decided to combine these two Asian delights – milk tea and taro – in order to share our joy with the rest of the world. We think that pleasure could be discovered in small things such as life’s moments, delectable food and drink, and encouraging words. So let’s spread some happiness by introducing people to The Alley Malaysia’s Happy TARO series with a Cheerful Face topping and a smiley greeting card,” commented Ng Ching Wai, Chief Executive Officer.

CEO of The Alley Malaysia, Mr. Ng Ching Wai

Along with each Happy TARO series beverage, fans will receive a smiley greeting card with a happy message to brighten up their day. Alley-ians are also encouraged to share the message with their friends and family since The Alley believes that there is always a place for more happiness in the world. Encourage and invite your friends and family to join you in spreading joy and sharing your smiles.

Spread Happiness

On every table in each The Alley store, fans will find smiley table stickers with a QR code. Through scanning the QR code, Alley-ians can share what “happiness” means to them. The QR code is also featured on the backside of the cheerful greeting cards that come with Happy TARO series orders.

Tenor

The Happy TARO series’ Hojicha Milk Shake with Taro Balls sells for RM16.90; and the Black Milk Tea with Taro Balls is available for RM15.90. While stocks last.
