Swedish label H&M expands further in Malaysia with two new stores scheduled to open at Sunway Pyramid, Petaling Jaya on 28 November 2013 and 1st Avenue Penang on 5 December 2013. The two new locations will also mark the arrival of H&M’s seventh and eighth store in the country.
Both the Sunway Pyramid and 1st Avenue Penang stores will be full concept stores with various offerings for women, men, teenagers, children and babies. The Sunway Pyramid store spans approximately 19,000 square feet of prime retail space spread over one floor, whereas the store at 1st Avenue Penang will cover 19,000 square feet over two levels of shopping space.
Customers can expect a gleaming, stylish interior that promotes an inviting and comfortable shopping environment in both stores. Along with the sleek store design, shoppers can look forward to new merchandise arriving to the store daily to ensure that Malaysia’s fashionistas are updated with the latest must-haves from H&M.
H&M will also be giving away exciting prizes to early birds who queue up during the opening day of each store! The first to queue will receive a gift card worth RM200, while the next 100 shoppers in line will each receive a RM50 gift card. Besides that, shoppers who visit either stores on the opening day will also get to enjoy opening deals starting from RM7.90 on selected items.
Opening hours for the two stores are from 10am to 10pm daily.
