Dakota Fanning is one of those Hollywood babies who grew up right in front of the world – she started acting at such a young age and is known for being a very deep and talented actress. She started in award winning movies like ‘I Am Sam’ and has continued into other projects like ‘Breaking Dawn Part 2’ and so forth.
We’re looking passed her young sweet and innocent years and we’re taking a look at some of her good… and bad fashion moments on the red carpet. From the looks of it, Dakota Fanning grew up good and is definitely on the right track when it comes to career and fashion.

1. As much as we love the top half of this look, the bottom half is just distracting. The cutting of the dress, the shoes – what’s really going on here, Dakota?
2. Now this is a look we love – classy, elegant and oh-so-simple. We love it!
3. The moment Dakota Fanning got into Twilight, she turned brunette, and we just continued to fall in love with her again. Though, this dress isn’t our favorite, there is something about it that really pulls us in.
4. What was Dakota thinking when she put this on? If it was comfort, then we understand. That dress looks like blankets from her bed that was nicely wrapped around her.
5. Here’s another look that makes Dakota Fanning look like a grown and independent woman. The bandage dress is always the perfect dress to go for, especially if you have a body to flaunt. Though, her shoes are camouflaging with her – there is still something about that combination that makes it so chic.
6. You can never go wrong with a Little Black Dress (LBD) and we’re sure Dakota knows that! Pair up with those red lips – she looks stunning!
7. We’re not sure who decided to dress Dakota here, but they should never do it again. The length of the dress, the colour of the dress, the bag, the shoes… it’s all wrong. We hope Dakota learnt her lesson then!
8. Simple and classy is really the way to go when it comes to Dakota Fanning’s style. Though, she doesn’t flaunt her brunette ways so well in this look – it’s still a cute effort.
9. Va-va-voom! When you look at this outfit, you completely forget the little girl in ‘I Am Sam’ – that’s a grown woman right there.
10. This look is…. horrible. We can’t even find the right exact word to describe how horrible it is – but it really wasn’t one of her best fashion moments.
