In May, the Health Ministry of Malaysia banned five beauty products as they were found to contain harmful ingredients such as mercury and lead.
The National Pharmaceutical Control Bureau has recently updated the list of banned beauty products, including the chemicals that were found in the products. A full list including various products in past years are also listed for your own good.

SS Vita C Night Repair
Daily Protecting Cream – Joie et Beaute
~H2O+ Waterwhite Brightening Night Cream
Chantique – Whitening Night Cream
